Refund policy

Amazon products: Returns follow Amazon’s return policy.

Stickers: Due to the nature of our products, all sticker sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If your stickers were damaged in transit or incorrect, please email us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We are happy to send a replacement if the issue qualifies.

If your return is accepted, shipping is not included. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • If you’ve done the work and still don’t see value in the scripts and tools, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

To qualify, you’ll need to show:

  • Your completed templates, and

  • That the module and lessons are marked complete in the portal.

Refund requests must be sent to strength.stilettos@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
